Your password is caSe SeNsiTiVe. Make sure your CAPS LOCK isn't on.
You need to type your username and password exactly as they appear in the email which was sent to you.
The best option is to to COPY & PASTE each directly from the email.

I didn't receive my activation key

You can have your activation key resend to your email, by filling out the form on this page.

I know my username and password but I can't sign in

Pay special attention to the error message you get:

Image code failed
The image verification failed. You must enter the eight characters exactly as they appear. Reload the image code if it is too unreadable.

Account not activated
You did not activate your account yet. We have sent you an email with activation instructions. If you did not receive the activation email click here to resend it.

Sign in failed
The password do not match the account. If you forgot your password go here to recover it.

Unknown account
The account do not exist in our system. It is also possible that the account was deleted due to account inactivity.

Account suspended
The account has been suspended by administrator. This usually happens due to violation of our terms of service.
How do I delete my account?

Sign in to your account and under account settings choose Delete account.
This will remove your account entirely and delete all content uploaded by you permanently.
How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed using VXSBill / dmbill.com:
If your credit card statement refers to 'Dmbill.com' you subscribed using VXSBill. Click here to cancel.

If you subscribed using CCBill:
If your credit card statement refers to 'CCBill.com' you subscribed using CCBill. Click here to cancel.

If you subscribed using EuroBill:
If your financial statement refers to 'EuroBill-Support' you subscribed using Eurobill. Click here to cancel.

Once your subscription is cancelled your membership will expire on the next billing date.

You should also have received an email receipt at time of purchase with cancellation instructions.
